What support can help with
Support handles the practical side of using IC7. Here is what they deal with every day, and roughly how quickly.

How to get a useful answer quickly
- Say what you were doing when the problem happened — which screen, which game, which step of the install.
- Include your registered mobile number so support can find your account. Never include your password or an OTP.
- Send a screenshot if there is an error message. It usually saves several rounds of questions.
- Say what you have already tried. If you already reinstalled the app, support will not ask you to do it again.
- Use one channel. Posting the same problem in the group and the support chat does not make it faster.
Want to take a break?
Message support and ask. You do not need to explain yourself, and nobody will try to talk you out of it. If you
want to think it through first, read our
responsible gaming section — and if you want free, confidential help
in India, Tele-MANAS on 14416 is available 24/7 in multiple Indian languages.
What support cannot do
Being straight with you about this saves everyone time. ic7now.fun is an affiliate and information
platform, not the operator of the gaming platform itself. That distinction has real consequences for what
we can help with.
We can help you install the app, get logged in, understand how a game works, understand what a bonus offer
actually says, and reach the right people. We cannot see your account balance, alter your account, reverse a
round, issue a refund, or influence any outcome in any game. Nobody at any affiliate site can, and anyone
promising you otherwise is not being honest with you.
For anything that requires changing your account itself, the platform operator is the correct destination — and
we will point you there rather than pretend we can do it ourselves.
Reporting an impersonator
This is worth its own section, because it is the most common way players in this market lose an account.
Our only official Telegram accounts are @ravihere0 (support) and
@yn_games (community group). Impersonators copy the profile picture, the name and the tone, and
they message players first — which is itself the giveaway, because we do not do that.
The test is always what they ask for. A genuine IC7 message will never ask you for:
- Your password — for any reason, ever. Support does not need it and cannot use it.
- A one-time code (OTP) — this is the single most dangerous thing to hand over, because it is the thing standing between a stranger and your account.
- Remote access to your phone — no legitimate support process requires AnyDesk, TeamViewer or a screen-share.
- A payment to "unlock" a bonus or release a balance — this is a scam in every case, without exception.
- An APK sent directly to you — we distribute the app from this site and our Telegram channel only.
If someone does any of the above, stop replying and report them to
@ravihere0 with a screenshot. It takes you a
minute and it protects the next player they try it on.
Response times, honestly
Most Telegram messages get a reply within minutes, at any hour of the day or night. That is the normal case, not a
marketing promise.
Some things take longer, and we would rather tell you which. A question that has to be escalated to the platform
operator depends on their timeline rather than ours. A complex account issue may need a few exchanges before it is
resolved. When that happens, support will tell you it is happening rather than leaving you watching an empty chat
— being ignored is worse than being told to wait, and we know it.
